Road Freight Medewerker Junior

Werkzaamheden
- Freight booking: Job Processing & invoicing (both accurate & timely)
- Organising and planning of transport
- Issue claim handling
- Customer satisfaction combined with road freight targets & goals
- Ensure ISO compliance (Processes & work flows)
- Assist with other activities if/when reguired
- Cost awareness per shipment
- Dispute Handling (1st level)

Profiel

- MBO or Equal
- Experience in similar positiions (1-2 years)
- Basic knowledge of road freight related documents & procedures
- Basic knowledge of domestic & european road freight and rates
- Basic knowledge of customs documents & procedures
- Good commercial sense of trading (entrepreneurial mindset)
- Self starterwith a good business sence setting the right priorities
- Computer knowledge MS office
- Highly motivated, punctual, creative, out of the box thinker
- Excellent performer and team player woth a customer friendly style
- Excellent communications in Dutch and Englisch
   (German or other languages are considered a (desirable) benefit).
- Good communication skills
