Finance cöordinator

Werkzaamheden

• Responsible for collection outstandings
• Responsible for updating bankaccounts
• Responsible for follow up disputes on outstanding amounts
• Responsible for management reports
• To book daily the bank accounts euro and USD
• To sent statements to customers
• To collect al information concerning disputes and advise import/export dept.
• To inform management about bad payers
• To attend the weekly AR meetings

Profiel

• Open minded, problem solving attitude
• 1 till 5 years practical experience
• Good knowledge of the shipping industry
• Politeness and patience with a servicing attitude
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch language in spoken and written
• Some knowledge of the German language in spoken and written
